August 24th I, Jayson Conely and a Friend I can not spell or pronounce her name right, road up Squaw Peak, South Fork, and Alpine Loop all in one ride. It was a challenge we have been planning for over a year. It was fun, but I was ready to quit by about mile 55. The three climbs were just almost too much.

I AM NOW AT 1647 miles for the year. YEA!

Lance Armstrong has not done so well this year in the Tour. I believe 2 wrecks and 1 tire blow out. Last I saw he was about 33 in line.

Lance you should be here in the States supporting the LIVESTRONG RIDES. Its time to drop the Tour De-France.
